Hike at the Pruyn House

Troop 5546 hiked the trail at the Pruyn House, twice! As we went back and forth, we identified trail markers and trees, listened with elephant ears, and conducted a science experiment by hiking with a sock outside our shoes. Anyone manage to grow anything yet?

We took advantage of a break in the rain! We harvested and tasted fresh veggies, peeked in the greenhouses, and saw some chickens. Thank you to Forts Ferry Farm for the complimentary tour.
